Soft entry with a medium-high acidity, good persistence where aromas of infusion flowers stand out. Red fruits of great freshness and finesse, balsamic and spicy, with a predominance of clove notes.

Perfect integration between the wine and its aging in barrels with body, balanced, tasty and ample. Good structure and long finish
