Shipping policy

The points below are just a brief description of how our shipping works. For details / legal purposes, please refer to section 6 and 7 in the "Term of Service" about Orders and Delivery.

 

1. We have no minimum order. We will provide delivery service even if its for 1 bottle only.

2. We are able to deliver immediately so you can drink anywhere anytime, last order time can be as late as 01:59AM.

3. Free shipping is provided to all orders except when you ask for immediate deliver for order under $500.

4. For orders $500HKD or below, a deliver fee of $100 will be charged for immediate delivery.

5. You may also order and schedule a delivery time. We will deliver at the exact time of your choosing so you don't have to wait.

6. Sending a gift to your friend is easy, just tell us exactly when you want us to deliver so you know exactly when your friend is getting your surprise!

7. Delivery services, including immediate delivery, are only available when our delivery team is in operation, time as follow:

Start from : 15:00 on Mon - Fri, 12:00PM on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays

Ends at: 23:59 on Mon - Thurs & Sunday. Extended to 01:59AM on Fri, Sat & the night prior to Public Holiday. (Easy version: We deliver until 23:59 normally, but extended to 01:59AM if the next morning is a working day.)
