This wine presents an intense, fruity bouquet followed by smooth notes of red fruits and spice on the palate. It is finely crafted and is a great match for red meats, stews and other hearty Provencal dishes, for blue and Roquefort cheeses, or simply all by itself. It can be enjoyed young or aged up to four years. A truly Provencal red!
