With a beautiful dark red color, thiswine often gives aromas of flowers, violets and peonies and fruity, blackcurrant sour cherries. It has a round and lively attack on the palate with a beautiful structure; the texture remains very delicate. A Fixin is served with pælla, tapas or spring rolls and also chaource or époisses cheese.
