Appearance
Soft, pale yellow with subtle gold reflections.

Aroma
Bold scents of fresh and brandied fruits with hints of warm pastries.

Flavour
Ample and generous on the palate with a refreshing effervescence that elevates the flavours.

 

Winemaking

After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.
