It is grown on south-facing slopes, 400 metres above the Mediterranean, benefitting from sustainable and integrated agriculture, which Françoise Antech believes allows the wine to truly express its terroir. The result is a complex palate with freshness from its elevation and clay/limestone soil. A glass full of beautiful floral aromas with an edge of exotic ripe fruit from the warm southern French sun.
