A truly tropical and truly special rum blend and cult favourite by Plantation Master Blender and Distiller Alexandre Gabriel. Created in collaboration with David Wondrich, author of classic cocktail book ’Imbibe’, Stiggin’s Fancy Rum it is a mix of Plantation Original Dark infused with pineapple and Plantation 3 Star Rum re-distilled with pineapple rind. The blend of two unique aged rums is named after the rum-loving Reverend Stiggins from Charles Dickens’s Pickwick Papers - appropriate as it is a revival of a rum-making tradition popular in Victorian London.
