The weather is finally becoming bright and warm! This means, time for chilled and refreshing white wine. Whether you want to enjoy it on its own or pair it with food, here’s a quick and easy guide!

2. Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio is light, dry, moderately acidic with a crisp body. It usually has notes of zesty citrus and tropical fruit. These qualities make it a prime pairing for seafood salad, vegetable risotto, and grilled white fish. Its refreshing and elevated acidity will accentuate flavors.
3. Chardonnay
Chardonnay is the most diverse and most planted white wine grape in the world. It’s true, flavor, aromas and color may vary but for the most part Chardonnay will stay true to pairing with mild buttery dishes like fettuccine Alfredo, simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes.
4. Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is bright, herbaceous, and citrusy. It is a perfect white wine pairing for any zesty salad, tuna sashimi, chips and guacamole, and garlic oysters.
5. Gewürztraminer
Gewürztraminer is a delicious sweet wine from Germany. It’s notorious for its floral green fruit aromas and juicy sweetness on the palate. Matches made in heaven: red Thai curry, Sichuan hot pot, and dessert of your choice. Its candied flavor will balance out spicy dishes and enhance sugary treats.
