The wine coupage is made with the finest grapes that can be  found in a sparkling wine. This is a brut nature wine with abundant delicate bubbles, an evocative richness of aromas, the presence of flowers and fruits, as well as an elegant, silky and stylish taste. A long finish with fruity notes. This is a romantic wine for music and celebrations.

 

Winemaking

Fermentation: Charmat method, from 20 to 30 days. it is left to rest on its lees for 6 months.
