Tasting Notes:

With aromas of tropical fruit, apricot and a hint of caramel, this wine shows opulence and depth in the nose. It has an oily entrance on the palate with a subtle hint of candied fruits and a never-ending finish.

About Riesling:

Riesling is a white grape that originated in the Rhine region of Germany. It is doubtlessly Germany's most celebrated grape and one of the reasons for the fame of German white wine. Riesling is highly "terroir-expressive", meaning that the character of Riesling wines is clearly influenced by the wine's place of origin. The Mosel region, in particular, is known as a place for top quality. It is believed that wine-making was first brought here by the Ro-mans. Along with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling was one of the first fine wines to be bottled with a screwcap, as it does not benefit particularly from aging.
