Tasting Notes
Fine and pleasant aromas with a reminiscence of butter, pineapple, apple and walnut. A fresh and citrus wine with good yeasts and a creamy taste of toasted bread. An excellent acidity and great balance on the palate.
Winemaking
Fermentation: Charmat method, from 20 to 30 days. Produced with 8 atmospheres of pressure. Once fermentation has finished, liqueur d'expedition is added.
